Have you ever thought about designing a game for consuls? A game like this would be a hit on the Wii.
This game is good. I actually liked it more than the first two. It's REALLY hard though. The second surgery kicked my ass almost 10 times before I finally got it right. Maybe include difficulty settings for the next one for a more casual (albeit gory) game.
